What mental health conditions does Clearview Outpatient Ontario treat?
Clearview Outpatient Ontario treats adults living with depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, borderline and other personality disorders, mood disorders, PTSD and trauma, emotional dysregulation, self-harm, and suicidal ideation.
The clinical team also treats co-occurring conditions, including dual diagnosis and co-occurring autism spectrum disorder. Treatment is individualized to each client’s diagnosis and history.
What levels of care are available at Clearview Outpatient Ontario?
Clearview Outpatient Ontario offers two levels of care: a partial hospitalization program (PHP) and an intensive outpatient program (IOP).
PHP provides full-day structured treatment for clients who need intensive support without 24-hour care. IOP offers structured daytime sessions for clients stepping down from PHP or those who need more than weekly outpatient therapy.
The same clinical team works across both levels, so clients experience continuity as their needs change.
Where is Clearview Outpatient Ontario located?
Clearview Outpatient Ontario is located at 3990 Concours Street, Suite 150, in Ontario, within the Inland Empire. Clients come from surrounding communities, including Rancho Cucamonga, Upland, Fontana, and Chino.
Does Clearview Outpatient Ontario accept insurance?
Yes. Clearview Outpatient Ontario is in-network with multiple major insurance providers. Out-of-network benefits and a private pay option are also accepted for clients who prefer to pay for treatment directly.
Clearview Outpatient Ontario is a TriWest network provider and participates in the VA Community Care Network. Medicare and Medicaid are not accepted.
How do I know if I need PHP or IOP?
The right level of care depends on the intensity of your symptoms, your current support needs, and whether you are stepping down from a higher level of care. During admissions, the clinical team conducts an assessment to recommend the level that fits your situation. Many clients begin in PHP and step down to IOP as they stabilize.

How do I get started with treatment?
Getting started begins with a call to the admissions team. The team will discuss your situation, help determine the appropriate level of care, and verify your insurance benefits, often on the same call. Treatment can typically begin shortly after the initial assessment.
