What is a Healthy Relationship Group?
A variety of mental health conditions can negatively impact interpersonal relationships, if not treated. By taking the proactive step to gain tools for improving communication, regulating emotions, and seeing other people’s perspectives, relationships become stronger and anxiety and stress are lessened.
